It is not often one gets to own a piece of history. An ageless classic, K III is back in the US with all systems working and ready to continue her illustrious career. Known the world over, she will be recognized in every port her new owner enters and applauded in every race she enters. Her first owner, Jim Kilroy, wrote about her history and race record in KIALOA, Dare to Win. She held the Sydney - Hobart elapsed time record for many years and won that and the Transpac and many other races. Her rugged Palmer Johnson hull has been checked and her sloop rig (1978) is ready for another circumnavigation.
