Brokerage Boats On Display:
FILLY & COLT W.Class W-22 2015 | $199,000
The W-22 draws 22in with the board up and 5ft 7in with it down, making her perfect for shallow harbor cruising/racing. With her center board down she has excellent windward performance. She is the perfect classic and easy to handle daysailer or racer. The mast is hinged, so that it can rest on the boat, which means the W-22 is trailered easily. The W-22s’ classic lines and elegant hull shape certainly turn heads as these two sisters are seen out for a sunset sail or match racing in a harbor.
Downeast Peapods $18,000
The first time you row or sail a Peapod yacht tender you will be hooked. They tow slick, row quick and sail sweet. These nimble row boats are fun to row, yet seakindly, stable, and safe enough for even the youngest rowing enthusiast. Designed with striking lines and constructed with true Maine craftsmanship, they are called peapods because they are shaped like a pod of peas with a stem at each end, they can easily accommodate four adults, and they row swift and effortlessly when fully loaded or light. If you have never rowed a boat like this, you will be amazed at how effortlessly it moves through the water.
COURAGEOUS 48’ Sparkman & Stephens Sloop 1947 | $220,000
COURAGEOUS was built by Henry B. Nevins of City Island, NY and launched in 1946. With all her original hardware, she is a time capsule ready for her next caretaker. She has only had three to date and they have all endeavored to keep her original. With moderate freeboard and clean lines like the NY32, she is a little narrower and has a deep, comfortable cockpit with a removable table.
SUMATRA 39’ Concordia Yawl 1960 | $115,000
SUMATRA is Hull #76 of the 39′ Concordia yawls, originally built in 1960. She was extensively and lovingly rebuilt by her present owner at the Concordia Boat Company in South Dartmouth, MA. All the work was done as close to the original specs as possible including the installation of all new hardware and equipment. At the end of the refit, a full survey was done by Donald Linde, a well-known marine surveyor in New England and he found all repairs and the vessel to be in excellent condition. SUMATRA is in excellent condition.
